David is a well-known and highly respected member of the hotel industry. He previously held extensive executive management roles for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc., including Head of Finance, Acquisitions, Development and Governance. He established the Hotel, Tourism and Leisure arm in his previous role before launching Axsia HTL. His expertise lies in strategy, concept, development, operator selection, commercial deal negotiation, asset management, acquisition, due diligence and disposal.
